Kate Beckinsale, 49, Flaunts Epic Abs Doing Goat Yoga In IG Video

Just when you thought Kate Beckinsale couldn’t get any cuter...she started doing goat yoga.

The 49-year-old actress posted the most adorable video (possibly ever!?) on her IG, and it has me squealing. (And looking up my nearest goat yoga spot!)

The Pearl Harbor star posted a slo-mo video of her with some sort of treat in her mouth. It would be improper not to acknowledge how fabulous Kate is in the shot—her makeup is on point with an exaggerated cat eye, her perfectly highlighted hair is tied into a ponytail with a black bow, and she is rocking a black sports bra that shows off her truly sculpted core.

As Kate sits with her lips puckered, a small goat friend comes and takes the treat right out of her mouth. Here's the proof:

In another video, she also shows off her athletic prowess as friends (both human and goat) join Kate for some yoga.

As Kate reaches into a side bend, followers get another peek at her incredibly toned core but not before the goats start weaving in and out of her legs. “When I say chaotic scenes,” she captioned the video.

Kate is notorious for being super serious about her health and workouts. She gets moving with her trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson's gym at least six days a week, Kate told WH.

“The whole hour is work,” Braid told WH. Luckily, Kate broke down her whole workout for WH. She usually works two muscle groups at the same time to get the most out of her time in the gym. The eight compound exercises include moves like bicep curls with a squat and sit-ups with combination punches.

After she moves through these exercises, she does cardio interval training for 90 to 120 seconds on a rower or the VersaClimber, a tall, skinny cardio machine with handholds and footholds that mimics climbing movements. Then, she starts at the top with the same eight exercises, adding heavier weights, bands, and faster reps. Sheesh!!!

It takes Kate about 45 minutes to get through two circuits. And then, because she is truly the GOAT (pun intended!), she finishes her workout with another cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave or one-leg pushes on a curved Skillmill treadmill.

Before her morning workouts, she usually fuels up with chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter for protein, followed by salads or salmon later in the day. Her go-to is a salad with radishes, Brussels sprouts, and safflower oil with salmon. And for a quick snack, Kate grabs some potato chips.

Uh...yum! A relatable and truly adorable queen.
