Icon Gloria Gaynor totally noticed.

"Don’t Cha" wish your wardrobe was as glam as Nicole Scherzinger’s?

The 43-year-old Pussycat Dolls frontwoman (and hero of my 2000's dreams) posted a set of photos in a gorgeous, two-piece dress that is showing us all just how toned her abs are: Literal washboards.

“Channeling Polynesian Warrior Goddess vibes 🌺,” Nicole captioned the post, featuring a yellow and pink floral dress by ETRO. Nicole’s fans, both celebs and just regular Instagram users like the rest of us, filled the comments with praise.

"I Will Survive" singer Gloria Gaynor wrote “✨🌺💕✨ beautiful." “Shining bright girl! 👏👏👏,” another user added.

So how does Nicole, 43, keep her shine on and get those toned abs and legs? Luckily, she’s given us some pointers. First, she likes to exercise with friends—and girl, same!

"Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other—we try to do different things,” she told Women’s Health UK.

Part of the “different things” is keeping her workouts varied. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," Nicole added.

"When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA."

Nicole is also a big fan of Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir: “I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts, and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done.”

And, she makes sure to have a killer playlist. "Nico & Vinz—Am I Wrong, Kasabian, M.I.A.—Bad Girls. Sigma—Nobody To Love, No Flex Zone, Sia—Chandelier, Hozier—Take Me To Church. Tom Odell is another great one to remix. I have to have good music," Nicole explained.

But the best advice the pop star has received is surprisingly simple, and an important reminder to all of us:

"Love and accept yourself. Get lots of sleep—sleep really makes such a huge difference. Drink lots of water. Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation."
