A nine-bedroom Miami Beach estate offers everything an active family can want — plus it’s within walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and the beach.

The tropical modern two-story gated home, at 2801 Flamingo Drive, is listed for $16.995 million. It has a total of nine bathrooms, plus a host of amenities to keep both adults and kids happy.

For the cooks, there is a large kitchen with a walk-in pantry and wet bar.

For exercise fans, there’s a full gym equipped with a Peloton treadmill and bicycle. For entertainers, there’s a 150-square-foot wine cellar, a 1,500-square-foot rooftop deck with a summer kitchen, a heated pool and plenty of outdoor space for socializing.

And, for the kids, there’s a playroom.

The house, built in 2020, sits on a .59-acre lot with 235 linear feet of water frontage and a private dock. There is a 150-foot-long driveway and estate-quality specimen trees and plantings.

“It’s a unique lot,” said Bill Hernandez, a real estate agent with Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami Beach, who shares the listing with colleague Bryan Sereny. “The grassy area is so large that you could host an event there. That’s not normal for Miami Beach to have that much space.”

Hernandez said it’s also unusual for a house of this size in Miami Beach, with nine bedrooms, to be priced for less than $20 million. “It’s a bargain and makes the house very attractive,” he said.

Although the property was originally listed in January for $18.475 million, it hasn’t sold because it was occupied by a tenant and only just became available to show over the summer — at a time when the typical buyer for a home like this is traveling abroad, the agents said.

“It was rented in the winter season for $100,000 a month,” said Sereny.
