Lindsay Lohan, 36, Reveals Her Epic Abs In A Crop Top In IG Photo

Lindsay Lohan is all sorts of glamorous while posing in her Netflix dressing room. In a BTS Instagram photo, she's rocking a light orange, Hermes set that shows everyone that she has some seriously strong, washboard abs.

"Happy Monday! Have a great week! šŸ˜˜," the 36-year-old Falling For Christmas actress captioned the post. TBH, the pic was enough to make the beginning of my week just a little better.

Lindsay's followers were also super into her epic look. "GORGEOUSSSSšŸ˜šŸ˜", one fan commented. "Ok ok I seeee youuu," another wrote. A third follower framed their thoughts using emojis only: "šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„." Not wrong.

To strengthen her sculpted abs, Lindsay works out three to four days a week, per Health.

Although Lindsay loves running, you won't find her out on the cross country trail. "Iā€™m a treadmill gal. I have one at home, and I love running. It clears my head," she told Vogue.

Lindsay's go-to treadmill workout includes alternating between speed walking, jogging, and sprinting on an incline, she told Health. Sounds like Lindsay was onto the "hot girl walk" before it became the "hot girl walk."

Lindsay loves her gym time and makes sure to build it into her daily schedule. "Itā€™s about the physical aspect, but itā€™s more so about the mental wellness that going to the gym brings for me," she told Vogue. "I find balance in it: Stress relief, better sleep."

Lindsay views her fitness routine as self-care. "When you workout, you're also getting endorphins that make you feel good," she told Health. "I also like the idea that when you work out, you're taking time for yourself."

The Parent Trap actress also practices meditating daily to keep her centered. "Once a day I take 10 to 15 minutes and I do some breathing work paired with some spiritual prayers. It gives me time to focus," she told Health.

The celeb also discussed the importance of having a strong support system to help reach her physical and mental wellness goals. "You have to make sure you have a good support system and the people around you provide good stability," she told Health. No wonder her Instagram caption was so thoughtful!
